Dudley the Dog (Banks)

This was commissioned by the mother of one of the missionaries I painted. She wanted this for her husband as a Christmas present. The dog was actually in the back of a pickup truck, but she wanted the background of where the family sometimes hunted near Price, Utah.

Below was the original photo from which I cut the dog to put it into one of the photos showing their hiking and bird-hunting trail.

Below is a picture of her husband holding the painting. She said, “He absolutely LOVES it !! It’s just what he wanted.”
