Wannabe German (Bitton)

This sweet young missionary was assigned to Germany and wanted to learn German, esp. since her grandfather was German. Because of covid, she served her mission in our hometown of Lacey, Washington. This painting came together more slowly than many.

At her request, I removed her hand and added more hair on the left from a second painting. I also added her favorite pendant necklace and changed her nametag from English to German.
