Roses with Roses (Shoop)

These two “roses” are the grandchildren of a good friend of ours. Pink roses are among the most difficult to paint – at least for me – so it was a challenge.

I don’t know why the reference photo came out with so much orange. I considered matching the orange but decided it was just an anomaly of the photograph so I painted it in “normal” colors.
