Ellis Lake (Ellis)

Merry hates having her photo taken, but she tolerated the one just below, which was taken on a 2021 trip to visit our families in Sacramento. It was taken at, believe it or not, a place called “Ellis Lake Park.” Since she was okay with the photo, I decided to paint it as a gift for Christmas 2021.

Here we are holding the painting. The lighting is very different, but you get the idea.
