Free Stone (Freestone)

This is another sister missionary who was assigned to Japan, hence the badge, but was denied access because of Covid-19. Instead, she was making the best of it in the Tacoma mission, serving in our home town. The lake held no particular memories for her except that they were taking photographs there and she wanted me to paint this one.
With Christmas coming quickly, I had little time for the painting. This one was faster than many – it took only 5 days to complete. Below are two photos of her holding it. She was very excited.
