Stripes (Reaveley)

Yet another of our lovely and hard-working sister missionaries. The reference photo was very good and a good photo goes a long way to producing a good painting. I especially enjoyed painting her beautiful, sparkly green eyes. She likes flowers but agreed that, with the simple top she was wearing, we didn’t want flowers to upstage her. Instead, we wanted the focus on her face. I put in spots of red in the green outline to suggest the flowers.
