Mountain Waterfall

I never cared for this one. It was a gift for Dad and Millie Ellis back when I was just starting out. The mountain came out okay but I had no clue on how to paint rocks and trees let along waterfalls. It was one of those times when it looked gorgeous in my mind, but I couldn’t transfer that to canvas…. Very frustrating. Still, Dad liked it, so that was good. Below is a photo of him holding it the painting in front of his house in North Hollywood.
