Help with Tim (Cook)

This memorial portrait was painted for a dear friend. It was painted while I had Covid and I believe I received divine help to have the energy to paint it in just 4 days.

The reference photo was this rather blurry and small snapshot. The challenge was in trying to determine what to accent in painting the larger 14×18 painting.
